Once Dad had passed, Ashley made the planning process easy and stress free for my siblings and I. He was quick in replying to all emails and messages. When I met with Ashley through every stage, he made the process enjoyable as he had met my Dad and was able to remember him with me. He made it easy to laugh at the good things.
