Is Funerals Direct free to use?
Yes. Funerals Direct is free for families. Some funeral directors pay for a fuller listing, a labelled local featured section, or for requests delivered to them. Payment does not change the order of ordinary results.
How are listings compiled?
Listings are compiled from publicly available information, including business websites and public directories. We review listings for accuracy before publishing and accept correction requests from directors.
Can I compare multiple directors?
Yes. Open each listing to compare services, areas and any published prices. You can call any of them, or send a request to each one you choose. A request only goes to the director you picked.
What if I need help urgently?

Where do ratings come from?
Ratings shown on director profiles are aggregated from public Google reviews. We do not independently verify the source of each individual review.
