“Leaving this review for Hepner Funerals, their staff, and Jackson Hepner. I cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism and genuinely caring approach during a difficult time. Jackson's kindness, knowledge, and steady guidance were invaluable. He thoughtfully arranged the funeral webcast and a beautifully designed service booklet — both a testament to his commitment and attention to detail. From our first conversation to the day of the service and beyond, the entire team showed compassion and quiet competence. Their pricing was also competitive and respectful — appropriate to the occasion and handled with the same thoughtfulness as everything else. My family and I are deeply grateful for the support and care we received.”
Anna BlackeyMay 2025“I cannot recommend Jonathan Hepner Funerals enough. Stefan was truly amazing. They helped us pull together our mums funeral in a very short amount of time, not sacrificing the quality or attention one bit. They were knowledgeable, kind, patient, thoughtful, caring, professional and friendly. Thank you for making a hard time easier. And thank you for creating such a beautiful remembrance of our Mum. I could not recommend Stefan and the team at Jonathan Hepner highly enough.”
