June 2024Brad is simply wonderful. During the saddest time of our lives Brad was with us every step of the way, he ensured the last thing we could do for a very much loved Wife, Mum, Nan and Great Nan was done so well. Nothing was too much trouble and Brad's attention to the smallest details made all the difference. The ceremony flowed beautifully and it was a beautiful, dignified send off. We are so happy we chose Funerals and Farewells, we cannot recommend Brad highly enough. ***New Review... We lost our beautiful Dad on 3/11/23, and once again, Brad was there to help us through an unbelievably horrible time. Our Dad had prearranged his funeral through Brad and Funerals and Farewells, and on the day, everything was seamless. The service was everything our Dad wanted, and Brad conducted the service with care, professionalism, and love. Brad really goes above and beyond, and he genuinely cares for the families he serves. It was an absolute honour to have Brad and Funerals and Farewells conduct our Dad's service. Their personalised approach from the beginning made the world of difference when we were all in shock and grieving. From the five-hour round trip to collect Dad from regional Victoria to helping us navigate the consequences of restrictions, the team supported us through complicated circumstances. We felt a deep sense of comfort knowing Dad was being cared for with great respect. Brad and his team's meticulous attention to detail combined with their compassion and professionalism made us feel more than confident that Dad would receive the farewell that he wanted - and he did.
