July 2021Carol, Terry and the staff at Crawford Funerals were totally professional and at a difficult time assisted our family in a compassionate way to have a service for a departed family member. Due to Covid travelling restrictions Carol & Terry were able to live stream the service to family & friends interstate. They also ensured all of our requests were looked after. Terry suggested Mark Carey as the celebrant for the service, Mark was professional, compassionate and a good choice to host the service. Their chapel located in Newcomb is well laid out with manicured gardens, excellent facilities and well located with easy access a few minutes from the centre of Geelong.

Jan 2023Izzie was amazing in organising my much loved Mums funeral at short notice in the holiday period - nothing was too much trouble, izzie organised everything we wanted included & put together the most beautiful slide show of our photos of Mums life . She also supported me at the viewing. So kind and compassionate was our experience with crawfords & there was always someone to support us - we had Mums funeral in a church and crawfords co ordinated with our reverend to give Mum a beautiful service .Thankyou Izzie & Crawfords for your kindness & professionalism.
