Aug 2025Our family were very grateful to all the KIngs’ staff for their help in preparing for our Mum’s funeral service, and assisting on the day itself. Emma was warm and sensitive but also professional and well organised . She also showed considerable empathy and understanding in the way she guided our family through a difficult time. She explained the steps involved in arranging the service, gave us helpful suggestions regarding our choice of chapel and celebrant, and made it easy for us to complete other necessary tasks.. Emma also helped us to choose a venue for a gathering after the service when the family was finding it difficult to decide on the best one for our needs. On the day itself, the Kings’ staff went about their tasks quietly and professionally and helped our family create a beautiful service and a fitting farewell for our dear Mum. Thankyou to all the staff at Kings and a special thankyou to Emma for her calm presence at this very sad time for us Leonie McCormack on behalf of the McCormack family

Sept 2020Absolutly appalling and unprofessional service. In the darkest and most horrific time of our lives these women spread evil and nasty gossip about our families tragic loss. If I could rate lower than 1 star I would. Massively over priced too.
