Our Mum and Dad died on the same day and having funeral arrangements to make seemed daunting on top of dealing with the overwhelming shock and grief. It was a great relief when Anne swept in and guided us through every step and always with compasssion. Her knowledge of the process is extensive and she was always available to answer any questions. Her prices were reasonable and she never suggested the more expensive options. Anne and her team truly seem to love their work! Our parents had a beautiful farewell.
