Apr 2022My late mother passed away at the aged care home in February and we were fortunate enough to have engaged Boland Funerals at Maroubra to handle the entire funeral arrangements. I am happy to say that our family were extremely satisfied with the services provided by Boland’s staff especially Jodie our arranger her invaluable guidance, genuine sense of empathy and overall assistance during a very difficult time. Jodie was my first contact at Boland’s and I found her very friendly, customer focused and she went through all the services provided so we could come to a suitable budget for our family. To my pleasant surprise Boland’s offered a viewing complimentary in the Boland’s chapel a day before the service which we accepted and were very grateful. The funeral service was held at South Chapel at Eastern Suburbs Memorial Park at Matraville. The crew on the day were very professional and everything went very smoothly. The service was also live streamed and we were very thankful for that service also. A big thank you to Boland’s for making such a sad occasion trouble-free and memorable and for giving our late mother a truly beautiful send off.
