I have never written a negative review before however I feel it is warranted in this case. A few months ago my mum and I met with a lady at Simplicity Randwick to discuss my dad's funeral. The customer service was terrible, especially given the emotional circumstance! She couldn't remember any of our names, including my dad who had just passed away. The director kept laughing nervously, she said I should " just google" chapels to host the service. All she wanted to show me was the "package deals" and how much it would cost. She showed no interest in my family or what we might want to celebrate dad's life. Very upsetting for my poor mum to go through this experience too. Luckily we found Picaluna Funerals that very afternoon, and had the most beautiful and professional experience.
