What families say
Cheryl T
Oct 2025Michelle and her team showed exemplary patience and compassion while we arranged our mums funeral during our time of grieving. Flexible to accommodate family members needs and travel during their time of grief. Guiding the family pallbearers through their heartbreaking task and comforting mourners at the ceremony. While funerals are never pleasant; Michelle and her team made it as beautiful and streamline as possible, with their professionalism and calm guidance, empathy and understanding that every individual grieves in their own way. This was my first time having to plan a funeral but not my first time attending one and I can confidently say that my mother would have been grateful to Michelle and Kirk for helping her children give her a memorable goodbye.

Sept 2024We cannot thank Simplicity funerals at Kelmscott, enough. Craig and the team went above and beyond to support us in what was a very heartbreaking time, so much easier. Our Dad was a veteran, and all of his requests and wishes were honoured with no question. Thank you so much, from Tracy and all of the Walker and Patriarca family, for honoring our Dad and 'Pop pop' xx I cannot recommend them any higher.

July 2025Many thanks to Karen (and Renee) for organising my Dad's funeral at short notice. It went flawlessly, nothing was too difficult and I felt very much at ease on the day. So much in fact that I got up and said a few words about my Dad when I didn't think I could do it beforehand. I would also recommend the photo company they use called Still Moments In Time who created a really great Photo Tribute in a short amount of time. We received so many positive comments about the service throughout the day, my Dad would of been so happy with it.

Apr 2025My uncle had arranged a pre-paid funeral with Simplicity several years before he died. At his death, the Simplicity team managed each stage of the funeral with dignity and care in accordance with his wishes. The staff were very caring and excellent in their communication of each procedure, so I felt included and well-informed at every stage. I will happily recommend their services to anyone in need of them.

Feb 2025I have to admit, Simplicity Funerals wasn’t our first option due to certain circumstances .. but in saying that, we are so pleased we used their services. Craig at the Kelmscott branch was wonderful to deal with from the moment we went for our first meeting. The chapel was lovely, the flowers we chose were absolutely beautiful, the photo memorial and music went smoothly. Everything was done with the utmost respect for our mother. We also highly recommend the lovely Tanya Whitehurst as our celebrant, who showed such warmth and compassion leading up to and during the service.
