From the very beginning, Noc guided us through every step with calmness, empathy and genuine kindness. He helped our family organise a beautiful, meaningful tribute and farewell for our dad, and nothing ever felt rushed or overlooked. His attention to detail, cultural understanding, and steady reassurance made an incredibly overwhelming time feel manageable. Noc truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled with respect and care, allowing our family to focus on grieving and being together. Because of him, we were able to honour our dad in a way that felt right and deeply personal. Oct 2024Great setting in the chapel for a funeral. The ante room for refreshments was a very nice setting and the entrance with the large awnings provided shelter from the sun and rain. There were other private areas available too. All areas were very clean and presentable. Staff performed professionally especially Marie who did all the pre funeral admin and was very helpful with the arrangements and especially on the day resulting in a faultless service. Our family was very grateful with the farewell of our loved one at Allison Monkhouse Knox. Would recommend them highly. Thank you guys.
