Dec 2025Highly recommend. After speaking with three other funeral directors, we connected with Angela from Botanical Funerals. From our very first phone call, we felt she truly understood us and our wishes, and she stood out from the others. After the call, we knew this was who we wanted to go with. Angela was our main point of contact and went above and beyond with her care—she was experienced, incredibly detailed, compassionate, and supportive throughout the entire process. She found the perfect celebrant, and the flower arrangements were beautiful, featuring special touches of gold glitter, butterflies, and a unicorn. On the day, we also had Ian and Shirlene, together the Botanical Funerals team (and Celebrant) put on a service that we truly felt was a beautiful and fitting send-off for our beloved daughter. Many of our family and friends commented on how lovely the service was. We received a thoughtful bunch of flowers and fresh produce a week after the service. We felt their pricing were reasonable and that they prioritised making sure we got the send off the way we wanted rather than focused on selling us unnecessarily options during this difficult time.
