I especially want to thank Ricki who assisted us in the Dressing at Noble Park, it was such a sacred moment and she did beyond a wonderful job, her role was deeply appreciated and she carefully took us through the process in such a beautiful and considerate manner. Aug 2025Hai-Anh helped us organise my mum’s funeral and we knew we were in good hands the moment we met her. Organising a funeral in a short period of time is stressful but Hai-Anh was an excellent communicator (responding to calls, messages, emails, promptly); had immaculate attention to detail (noticing the cemetary had booked the wrong gravesite and corrected this with them immediately) and very resourceful. She was compassionate but also very professional. She also had an understanding of all the cultural practices for Asian funerals which helped a lot. The service and burial on the day all went smoothly. Thank you Hai-Anh and the Tobin Brothers staff.
