Paula Forbes, our funeral director, was the most professional, compassionate, understanding and respectful person to deal with. She made the passing of our daughter manageable and a little less stressful because of her naturally caring and patient attitude. Organising a funeral straight after such a sudden loss was overwhelming. Our anxiety levels were at their highest but Paula helped so much to make the experience go as smoothly as possible. She made sure we were comfortable with everything and explained the process in a way we could understand. I cannot praise her highly enough, she went above and beyond for us and by the end, she was like family. All of the above also applies to our wonderful celebrant Jo Krause. Paula & Jo, we honestly can’t thank you enough for the care we received from you both and we would recommend Tobins above any other to care for our loved one.

I recently had the difficult task of organizing my father's funeral with Peter Tobin Funerals, and I cannot recommend their services and particularly our funeral director, Paula highly enough. ​I was originally beyond intimidated by the entire process, as I had never done this before. Paula was a godsend. She supported me with profound empathy and competence every step of the way, transforming an overwhelming experience into something manageable. On the day of the funeral, when my own thinking had understandably ceased to function effectively, Paula was right there, helping me with the practicalities and ensuring everything ran perfectly.
