“Within all the sadness and pain of losing my love one, I am most upset with the service provided by White Ladies. J's face was covered in make up to with we explicitly said no in our office meeting. J had foundation and gloss on his lips. Again, I said no to any of this because he does not like it. J's hair was combed badly regardless of explicit instruction as per the photo referenced filed on the meeting. I had to redo his hair.
