Sept 2025White Lady was a Godsend. We were able to focus on our grief while Jo and the staff at Heathmont made this difficult time a wonderful experience. We felt that they genuinely and personally understood our grief and pulled out all stops to make our wishes fulfilled. On the day we had so many people come up to us and say how amazing White Lady performed the ceremony and made our daughters funeral look so beautiful. It was a beautiful testimony to her. Nov 2023Within all the sadness and pain of losing my love one, I am most upset with the service provided by White Ladies. J's face was covered in make up to with we explicitly said no in our office meeting. J had foundation and gloss on his lips. Again, I said no to any of this because he does not like it. J's hair was combed badly regardless of explicit instruction as per the photo referenced filed on the meeting. I had to redo his hair. The lady who got J's jacket on the funeral day just chucked it on top of his chest like throwing things in a bin. The other lady who was at the head level got surprised when they reopened the coffin after a friend insisted to see J, we got shocked about the way the jacket had been placed. Nothing respectful as Shae suggested it would be. Alex, the celebrant did a good job with the enology. He did read the poem we instructed and clearly stated they would be the lyrics of a song to then be included in the tribute. The photo tribute was cut off at exactly 5:17. It was tremendously disrespectful and hurtful because some of his extended family memories and literally EVRYTHING about our memories together were skipped. It was so hurtful when guests told me that there were no images of us together. I talked to the lady, Jo, who chucked the jacket in and complained about the video and she told me that the song cut out. I replied we were told to include 3 or more songs as per written instruction in the order. She was just about shutting me up and talked ove
