The team at Le Pine Croydon were amazing in our experience with the loss of our family member. From the moment we contacted them they were genuine, caring and proactive in making sure plans for our mums service was exactly as we wanted. Louise was fabulous, so thoughtful and patient throughout the entire process. She was totally beyond our expectations in terms of her attention to detail and care. The Le Pine staff at the Croydon Victoria funeral home were outstanding. Initially I felt quite overwhelmed at the thought of having to plan a funeral. I met with 'Lisa' the day after dad passed, she completely put me at ease and guided me step by step through the process. In conjunction with an amazing celebrant, I felt confident that everything that needed to be done, was being done. Lisa was professional and knowledgeable and conducted herself with grace, empathy and compassion. I really felt like I was meeting with a feeling humanbeing and not just someone going through the motions.
