Mar 2025The team at Le Pine Croydon were amazing in our experience with the loss of our family member. From the moment we contacted them they were genuine, caring and proactive in making sure plans for our mums service was exactly as we wanted. Louise was fabulous, so thoughtful and patient throughout the entire process. She was totally beyond our expectations in terms of her attention to detail and care. For such a sad and confusing time, Le Pine Croydon were expectional and would recommend this entire team. Thank you Ash and Louise for your genuine care in such a difficult time.

Oct 2023The Le Pine staff at the Croydon Victoria funeral home were outstanding. Initially I felt quite overwhelmed at the thought of having to plan a funeral. I met with 'Lisa' the day after dad passed, she completely put me at ease and guided me step by step through the process. In conjunction with an amazing celebrant, I felt confident that everything that needed to be done, was being done. Lisa was professional and knowledgeable and conducted herself with grace, empathy and compassion. I really felt like I was meeting with a feeling humanbeing and not just someone going through the motions. I thank Lisa and her colleagues at Le Pine Croydon for their support at such a challenging time.

Apr 2022Thank you so much for all you did to help our family with our Dads funeral. It was a lovely service with the celebrate that My father wanted, the photo's he had mostly organised, the words he wanted said. Thanks so much for the live streaming from your Chapel and being able to allow some of my Dad's family watch from a distance. If anything good came out of Covid 19 Pandemic it is the ability to have people watch on line. As Dad lived till 92 there were a number of people unable to travel to the funeral location however able to watch, laugh and even cry. Which is all part of funeral and saying final goodbyes.
