Aug 2025Louise is AMAZING! She recalled us from a previous funeral. Nothing was too difficult. Last funeral Louise found some pretty confetti and sparkles for my daughter to put in the sand around a candle. This time, my daughter requested nuts and bolts. Once again Louise went and found some nuts and bolts for my child to arrange for our dearly departed. Nothing was too difficult. Thank you for two wonderful funeral services. Both carefully measured and allowed us to say our farewells in an appropriate way. Thank you x

Dec 2022Had a service for late Father here and our funeral arranger was Myf, from Glen Waverley office I believe. She, and rest of the team here were very professional and kind. Myself and my family were very happy with the arrangements they made including the celebrant Alex, who we highly recommend. We had a very bad start with Le Pine due to some quite poor and unprofessional service from a funeral arranger called Jo from Lilydale office (see separate review). Fortunately, Myf and the people she worked with for our assignment was at the other end of the spectrum. Would highly recommend.

She gently guided us through all the decisions to be made. Nothing was too much trouble. Thanks to the efforts of Louise and the team at Le Pine FTG we were able to give Mum a perfect farewell.
