I didn't know the first thing about planning a funeral but Jasmine and our amazing celebrant Jenny helped me the whole way. I am beyond grateful for our fabulous funeral director Jasmine who showed us so much compassion and care during this tough time and our lovely celebrant Jenny who just made my sons send off special and memorable. if it were not for these two I don't know if my sons service would have been as special and heartfelt as they made it. I will be forever grateful and on top of there care and gentleness through this time it didn't put financial stress on our family either with very affordable pricing. Jasmine did exceptional work not only during funeral but also by showing patience when my family was dealing with crucial insurance procedure to get paperwork done as my dad was on a visitor visa here.Jasmine cared about our mental status and never chased us for payment till all the formalities were done which took a long time. Big THANKS to Jasmine and this company who truly puts families first.

Jasmine was so easy to talk to and made all the arrangements so stress free during a difficult time. Her recommendation for Celebrant to MC mum's service Tracey Barker was absolutely the right fit and Tracey was awesome from first meeting to service on the day and I'd recommend her to anyone. Rob McGreal as the Video/Audio was a god send and the process of creating the photo/music montage was dealt with so professionally. All three made the process so easy to arrange. Bunurong Memorial Park deserves a mention too as they too provided great customer service and a beautiful chapel and location. Thanks Jasmine for all you have done for me and the family.
