I was blessed to have my loving family and Nicole from White Lady Funerals helping me. Thank you Nicole for your kindness, patience and compassion. You explained things clearly and provided options, which meant that the funeral was a more meaningful, personalised experience reflecting the life and personality of our loved one. White Lady Onsite Chapel and the adjacent function rooms provided the perfect setting for the send off. We were able to have the funeral and the wake at the one location which had plenty of on site parking. Thanks to Nicole, Genelle, Jeremy and other behind the scenes staff our loved one's funeral was a beautiful expression of their spirit. Day after the funeral felt a bit lighter, but we're well aware that the grief work ahead of us will be arduous. Every detail was treated with the importance one would expect for their own loved one, and caring for the family was sincere and respectful. Organizing a funeral is taxing and complex, at the most difficult of times. This team operates with an efficiency that relieves you of so much. This facilitates your organization of a service to honour your relative as you would want to do.

Aug 2024I can't speak more highly of White Lady Funerals Burwood, and in particular, of Tracy Pointer. I connected with her by chance, and the particular organising circumstances of the funeral were such that I was under a lot of pressure, something where health issues limit my coping ability. Tracy, backed up by her offsider (sorry, her name escapes me, but she was particularly helpful to me at a highly emotional point of the funeral) and backed up by the smoothly functioning White Lady wider team, not only quickly eased the pathway for me at every turn, but, of greater importance, ensured that W.L.F.provided a sensitively professional and glitch-free funeral - from the initial consultation, to the final farewell, we couldn't have asked for better. Thank you, White Lady, and thank you, Tracy.
