Dec 2025If I could give no stars, I would. Errors in the name on the death certificate causing undue stress and delays, errors with over billing, a lack of accountability and acceptance of errors, and hassling over unpaid accounts while we disputed the overbilling. In a time when you are grieving and hurting, you don't want to be dealing with incompetence. My strongest recommendation is to find another company to assist you.
