Oct 2023From the first call to Turnbulls re mums death, to the check in phone call a couple of weeks after the funeral, we could not have wished for better care. Jarrod was able to collect mum within a couple of hours of passing. Mum was treated with absolute grace and dignity throughout. Jarrod supported and guided our family gently through all options, was there for the cremation to support us, and then for the funeral. The heartfelt compassion, care, and professionalism shown to our family was outstanding. We look back at this time now with sincere gratitude for making such a sad time into a smooth and stress-free, supported occassion. Mum would be well chuffed (pleased) with it. Sincerest thanks to Jarrod and Turnbull staff.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Mar 2023Simply perfect! My family recently farwelled a dearly loved family member and we asked Turnbulls to help us. Carolyn and the remainder of the Turnbulls team were brilliant. They were warm, accommodating and hight responsive every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble. We were in no doubt that we were working with very experienced and caring professionals. They're a credit to their industry and our family thanks them for helping ensure the service went exactly how we wanted.
