My brother and I lost our beautiful Mum. It's been a significant loss and almost debilitating. As soon as we lost her we were tasked with a very important choice to make, due mostly to a non negotiable that was extremely important to us, and had proved very challenging for us to be able to guarantee at a time where your brain is trying to shut down to cope with what we had just been through the past month and what has been lost, and changed forever. After getting nowhere and growing more and more concerned, I was referred to Louise, at Simplicity Funerals. Louise could and did guarantee our request for our Mum. She also somehow managed to guide us through the process, with a genuine understanding of grief and loss, which was exactly what we needed after having no idea what to do. Lou was kind, unassuming, respectful and gracious. We are so thankful for the way in which our Mum was taken care of by Lou and her colleagues. I'm still in awe at the effortless comfortability and ease she can strike into even the most harrowing and darkest moments of a person's life. Thankyou for everything, Lou. Truly.
