I loved so many things about the way that you and other staff at Embrace were so kind and thoughtful throughout the whole process. You were patient with us when we were dithering; supportive of our us when our ideas when were bold and crazy. It was all done without judgement, but with making us feel good about our decisions. Your wisdom to keep saying 'yes' to things at a time like this, will stay with me always. There were so many things I am so grateful we said yes to, because as you say, you don't get that chance again. I could see that you enjoyed hearing stories about Dad - he was a complete character.
