Even though we as a family were not prepared in any way for the tragic events that we went through White Lady Funeral service-Bec Knight and Staff at Black Forest branch were steadfast, committed, sincere and both extremely supportive but professional through the whole process from the beginning to end! We can’t say enough about Bec Knight and the supportive, empathy, professionalism, sincere and committed to ensuring that the whole experience wasn’t worse or complicated in any way… Bec Knight ensured that we would not have any added stress, anxiety or issues throughout this tragic event. The whole experience went off without a single incident from start to finish!! As a family we couldn’t thank Bec Knight enough for giving us that !
