We farewelled my gorgeous 101 year old grandfather yesterday. Kaylene was fantastic through the whole experience. She met with my mum and I to make the arrangements and she was so kind and patient. On the day Kaylene and her staff were so caring. The chapel was set up beautifully with such care and she assisted me through the tough job of the identification. The service was lovely and Danette the celebrant did a great job. What was a sad time for the family became a celebration of his life and a chance to make family connections when coming together and I walked away feeling so happy with the day and at peace. Thank you Kaylene. You have a true calling. Thank you Alfred James for you amazing staff, and their care, respect and compassion.

This was the first funeral I have helped organise and I could not fault the service from Alfred James. Professional, caring, compassionate, and accommodating. All the staff i had contact with were outstanding and I would not hesitate to use them again.
