June 2025We used Kleemann Funerals for my dear mother’s funeral this week and the team were great. They were professional and understanding in every detail. They are truly experts at what they do and their compassion and professionalism was more than I could have asked for. Special thanks to Andrea who was our main point of contact for her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail, and to Annette for the amazing slide shows she put together for us, which were just perfect, and also the staff who dressed and prepared mum. June 2023We recently had to arrange a funeral and all of the staff at Kleemann Funerals Adelaide Hills were amazing. Their care & compassion during a difficult time was outstanding. Communication was clear and regular from the initial meeting through to all of the arrangements prior to the service. The warmth & sincerity of care from all of the staff was evident in every form of communication throughout the whole process. The staff greeting people upon arrival were friendly & courteous. The speaking and sharing during the service was exceptional - Andrew spoke clearly providing an opportunity for us to laugh & cry as he shared stories of a life remembered. The photo's used during a song, were timed to perfection allowing them all to be used. The facilities were clean and tidy, the room for afternoon tea was lovely and spacious leading out to a beautiful garden area. We are incredibly thankful for the highly professional level of care & compassion provided by the amazing staff at Kleeman Funerals for walking alongside use during a difficult time.

June 2023We have had both our parents Celebration of life at Kleemans Adelaide hills and cannot recommend highly enough . Our father in 2018 and then our mother this year in January.2023. Right from the initial meeting the way in which Andrew and his team treated us and communicated with us was with such dignity and respect .Andrew is extremely professional and was so sensitive and supportive as he guided us with the tough questions at a time when we were clearly deep in grief . Andrew and his team deliver their services with utmost professionalism they go above and beyond with personal touches - of note a very special touch was provided at the grave side for mum . We as a family were included every step of the way with the process and nothing was too hard all we had to do was ask . The order of service on the day and the words spoken by Andrew showed us he had really listened to our stories of our parents . The sound technician was brilliant and also went above and beyond to ensure our parents were honoured .Even playing recorded messages from overseas . The recommendation of florist was also wonderful and should be noted . Kleemans made what was a difficult time seamless and easier for us to get on with our grieving with our friends and family . I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Kleemans Adelaide hills funerals . June 2023Although they tried hard, the service was poorly executed. No contact between the initial planning and the actual funeral. The reading of the tributes by the funeral conductor were incredibly poor; line by line rather than sentence by sentence. The way they were read interrupted the flow and consequently distracted from the messages the family were trying to convey. It was almost like the conductor was illiterate. The addition of some rant that did not relate to the deceased was not appreciated by anyone attending the funeral. There were several complaints by those who attended.. Despite the funeral being prepaid, extra cost’s related to inflation were added. While the family were grieving, the “business” didn’t concern themselves with organising anything that was not in the pre paid package, despite the fact that we were willing to pay. We had to contact a business to make a slide show and live stream the funeral ourselves…. No documentation relating to the death was provided resulting in shutting down of utilities and other services being held up until the death certificate was received. I would not recommend going through this funeral parlour. We also received DVDs of the service. Does anyone even own a DVD player these days? Please align yourselves with the era. A digital copy of the funeral would have been in line with the era… consequently we won’t be able to watch it… they were friendly however, I expected a more appropriately modern service.
