Sept 2020Richard from Kleemann Funerals arranged our very beautiful funeral for Mum with sincere respect and sensitivity. He is born to this job and clearly feels privileged to assist families in the final act of kindness and homage to their loved one. He picked up on the essence of what we wanted and followed instructions completely from 3 red roses on her chest, rosary beads in her right hand and my need for everything to go well. The sound system was like a live performance. Our funeral service talked of miracles and as the Eulogy proceeded a single ray of light shone on my Mothers beautiful photograph as we asked for our final miracle. Randall from Kleemanns acknowledged this to me and it touched my heart that they noticed. At the burial, I found the site beautifully prepared in a way that I had not anticipated. I have a fear of the burial part of the service and I found myself doing very well due to their arrangements. I highly recommend Kleemann Funeral Services to deliver sensitively, precisely your wishes at a reasonable price with respect and reliability.

At the initial home visit they felt like one of the family, fitting in with our sense of humour and allowing us to go at our own pace. Such warmth and patience. Their support at the funeral was respectful but not stuffy or controlling. They fitted seemlessly around our order of service which made the day so much easier. Brilliant video too.
