Mar 2026Meeting Lyn at Simplicity Funerals was the silver lining out of the sad situation that is the passing away of a family member. She made the process so easy, with care and grace, and met us at our level of humour so I never felt like I had to act in another way than myself. The processes after death are a lot! Oct 2025You seriously need to change your policy and stop accepting money from a clearly mental health person with the immaturity level of a child. Your business went along and was instrumental in following the instructions of said person above, just because they paid for the funeral. You didn't get the families of the deceased person's side of the story. What ensued on the day, was nothing short of disgusting and your business played a part in that. You know and remember the day. It should never have been allowed. Shame on you! Word quickly got around, so hope your business suffers.

Your professionalism and kindness shown on the Mothers Day event last Fri 9 May provided great comfort to both my partner and myself. What a truly remarkable service you provided, including both ladies who sang memorable Mothers Day remembrance songs, the piano man, and of course your wonderful, caring, thoughtful staff, who supplied a delicious afternoon tea, for us to remember our Mums. May 2025To the team at simplicity funerals I attended with my partner who lost her mum last year. It’s been 22 years since my mum passed from that bastard cancer. We all took a photo of our Muns to your service. I was overwhelmed with grief (love) all through the service. The girls that got up and sung, blew me away. They sun songs by Fleetwood Mac. We danced to Mac as kids with Mum clapping and singing at Xmas lunch. Thanks again. Do it again next year. Loved the cupcakes and pineapple cake. 🎂
