You seriously need to change your policy and stop accepting money from a clearly mental health person with the immaturity level of a child. Your business went along and was instrumental in following the instructions of said person above, just because they paid for the funeral. You didn't get the families of the deceased person's side of the story. What ensued on the day, was nothing short of disgusting and your business played a part in that. You know and remember the day. It should never have been allowed. Shame on you! Word quickly got around, so hope your business suffers.
