From the very 1st phone call to the last embrace they were nothing but personable, caring, and accommodating. No request was too much. It feels like for those days they become part of your family. They cared for my Father in June 25 and my mother in Law 2 weeks ago and made the heartbreaking task as easy as possible. Nov 2022Farrrell & O’Neill were absolutely wonderful when my Dad passed away in February. We initially contacted another funeral company who we weren’t happy with and then approached 2 others, one being Farrell & O’Neill. Sarah Berry was so lovely and helpful. She helped my Mum and our family so much and was so understanding and caring. Nothing was too much trouble. The service we received both before and after the funeral was excellent. The funeral service itself went very well and Richard Berry who officiated was also fantastic. Many people commented on how lovely the service was.. Can’t fault anything that Sarah and Richard did for us. It was like friends helping us through a difficult time. Would highly recommend them.

Feb 2020Our family cannot speak highly enough of beautiful Sarah who made a very sad and stressful time so much easier to cope with. From the initial phone contact I had with her, to the moment we met, Sarah's genuine kindness and empathy for what was a very difficult time for us was apparent. The service for my dear dad went exactly the way we had planned and I know he would have been proud of the way his life was honoured. Choosing a funeral director to take care of your loved one can be a daunting task but I know we made the right choice with Farrell and O'Neill.
