Feb 2025If you want the very best, forget the rest! My sister and I approached White Lady Funerals at Victoria Point in February 2024, as we were desirous of commencing the funeral organisations for our beautiful Mum. We were so blessed to have been introduced and guided by the gorgeous Debbie who has so expertly and professionally navigated and walked with us this past year. Debbie suggested we commence certain large tasks that needed to be undertaken with thought and care early. We were able to do this in our own time and not under pressure which was the best advice we could have been provided. 🙏 Debbie also suggested that beautiful Lauren would be a fitting celebrant for Mums service.We were able to meet with Lauren late last year and fortuitously Mum was able to meet her as well. It was such a meaningful and special experience. Sadly the day arrived (5 February 2025), when we had to farewell our beautiful Mum and as grief stricken as we were, we already had much organised thanks to Debbie’s suggestions. We could therefore work with Debbie who went above and beyond to ensure every single little detail that we desired as an inclusion into the service was carried out. Absolutely nothing was an issue. Mums farewell was so expertly executed that we had so many people in attendance that day, in absolute awe of our Mums Celebration of Life service. From the day we walked through their doors, they went above and beyond to make sure our experience was stress free and didn't need to worry about anything. After our first meetings with Debbie & Gemma, they had so much aroha for us like aunties. Our family never had to worry about anything. Debbie also went an extra step further for our family and will be forever grateful for this. The White Ladies at Victoria Point were there for us every step of the way. They tailored everything to our needs and made sure we had the right people working with us. Lauren was suggested to us as our celebrant and are so happy with her services. The way Lauren had done the service was stunning! She was the perfect choice and Debbie knew we would love her as soon as she spoke with us. Mar 2024From the start, Debbie was understanding of the family’s complicated situation, she was compassionate, caring and highly professional in the organisation and implementation of my dad’s funeral. However, it has been the ongoing support and service provided by Debbie that has garnered my utmost appreciation and praise. A couple of months after the funeral, we are now trying to make arrangements for the ashes and Debbie is at the end of the phone to answer my questions and provide advice to complete some specific requirements. It’s this type of customer service and professionalism from a business, that makes the difficult tasks easier and I can only hope that my family have someone like her when it’s my turn to be put to rest.
