Nov 2025After recently loosing our 18 year old son , we were guided to George Hartnett funerals in cleveland. When you are in your darkest hour , you need a special soul to guide you through the decisions which have to made. We were blessed to meet Clare who held our hands through all aspect of saying farewell to our son . Everything was explained clearly to us and decisions made so much easier. Clare moved heaven and earth to help with organising everything. We were kept up to date on everything and the team who prepared our son for us to view set a benchmark that would be hard to beat. Please know that George Hartnett at cleveland and Clare particularly are there when tragedy or just the passing of a loved one has touched you. It takes a very special soul to do this job. Sept 2025The Albany Creek funeral home provided us with the wrong time for the funeral (30 minutes after it actually was). While we’re grateful the funeral started a bit late so that the son and grandson of the deceased could attend, the funeral then had to be cut short (particularly the speech from the son). It was disgraceful to see the facilitators hurry the son up and tell him to windup his speech. Further, only 2 photos were used in the video, while several dozen were provided. Abysmal service and a terrible experience to say farewell for the last time.
