While we’re grateful the funeral started a bit late so that the son and grandson of the deceased could attend, the funeral then had to be cut short (particularly the speech from the son). It was disgraceful to see the facilitators hurry the son up and tell him to windup his speech. Further, only 2 photos were used in the video, while several dozen were provided. Abysmal service and a terrible experience to say farewell for the last time.”
