The assistance I received from the wonderful staff at Logan Central led by Bec Parsons was second to none. They made a stressful time so much easier for us. They were professional yet compassionate providing options that reflected who mum actually was. Aug 2025We chose to preplanned and prepay funerals for my parents. Fast forward to 2 years later and Dad passed and our plans were put into place. The service, respect and attention to detail were above expectations. We wanted to change some of our preplanned arrangements and that request was met with no fuss which provided us much relief. Many of the attendees at Dad's funeral went out of their way to comment the entire service was beautifully put together and they had not attended such a lovely and fitting funeral in some time. Raelene and team were so focused on ensuring that Simplicity provided a seamless process and a beautiful funeral and our family simply cannot thank them enough.
