Nov 2025Having never dealt with funeral homes before, it's all so daunting especially whilst you have just lost a loved one. McCartney Family Funerals were close by, so decided to go there first. We were met by Kyle and his softly spoken Scottish Accent was a sign for us as a family, since we had just lost our Mum who was from Scotland !! Very professional and organised, kept up to date on each procedure & always emailed me straight back. Picked out a lovely Urn for our Mum from the choices available and were very impressed at how it was all presented to us before we brought her home, along with a folder that contained six certified Death Certificates and other important information. His guidance and professionalism were exceptional, and the entire process far exceeded our expectations. Beautiful Tracey, also touched our hearts with her incredible empathy and kindness during an extremely distressing situation. Her warmth and genuine care made an unbearable time a little more bearable. We can't thank the team enough. We were kept up-to-date during the entire process and nothing was too difficult. Bryan and the team didn't just provide a service; they became family, supporting us every step of the way. Our Son's service was beautiful. We dealt mainly with Keren Krause. She was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for her & she made us feel so at ease at such an emotional time. Your receptionist (sorry can’t remember her name) was also very professional & friendly and made everything much easier than we anticipated when it came to collecting the ashes. We were so impressed we would highly recommend your company & have told everyone we speak to how amazing you were at such a sad & emotional time for us.
