Farewell Funerals

My heart sank and I was absolutely lost for words after finding out that they cremated my baby boy without letting me know. They didn’t let me see him for the last time to say my final goodbyes and spend time with him before the cremation which was the arrangement. My sister wanted to see my baby boy for the first and last time. We were waiting for the phone call from them but there was nothing. They notified us about the cremation via email and then sent us the invoice. It was just a business to them, get it done and over with. My sister had to chase them for an apology which I didn’t want but she said she was doing it for me and my baby boy. This whole experience has made grieving a lot worse and painful. I hope that nobody else has to ever experience this. It’s absolutely cruel. P.S. The reception lady told me to “Have a good day” after handing me my baby boy’s ashes… Such a cruel and horrible experience.

Shelly and the team at farewell funerals were absolutely fantastic they cared for our father beautifully. They were genuine kind and caring they made this awful time of our lives so much easier to deal with. Planning the funeral advise and how much they did for us is truly indescribable. We couldn't be more thankful. Also the price of the funeral was unmatchable and took a massive financial burden of the family.
