We spent a wonderful morning making beautiful floral arrangements which made for a lovely touch to our father’s day celebrations. Feb 2026We recently lost our 95 year old mum, who was in aged care. When it came to our decision as to who we would like to use as a funeral director, we chose to go to White Lady Funerals at Tanah Merah. At the time, it was so overwhelming, and we really did not know what we needed to do. We received a phone call the following day from Maree, from the Tanah Merah office, from the moment that I spoke to Maree, I felt completely at ease, Maree assured me that Mum was now in their hands and would be well looked after leading up to Mum's funeral. When we went in to see about what we needed to do, we were treated so incredibly well and left knowing exactly what to do and also what to expect. We chose to see Mum the day before her service, we visited the chapel on the premises, I was a little worried about what to expect, but mum looked so beautiful and just like she was asleep. The ladies were so supportive and caring and the service was so beautiful and we chose to release butterflies just before mum left, this was a beautiful way to start mums final journey. We would highly recommend the lovely ladies to take care of your loved ones, we certainly we so pleased that we did.

The most beautiful Michelle Hockings showed our family so much compassion and kindness, she listened and opened her heart to us and made us feel as though we were the only family she was attending to. Our biggest focus was that of our Dad and during a pending cyclone she reassured us that Dad was always safe. White Lady took care of all the finer details that a grieving family doesn’t think about. There was never a question unanswered or a request unfulfilled. Our family could not have asked for any better care for our Dad and his service. His service was exactly what we wanted and although it was hard to see it on the day, but looking back on it we are happy to say it was perfect. We were more than blessed on that day and it could have not happened without the gentle kind hands of White Lady. Thank you
