The most beautiful Michelle Hockings showed our family so much compassion and kindness, she listened and opened her heart to us and made us feel as though we were the only family she was attending to. Our biggest focus was that of our Dad and during a pending cyclone she reassured us that Dad was always safe. White Lady took care of all the finer details that a grieving family doesn’t think about. There was never a question unanswered or a request unfulfilled. Our family could not have asked for any better care for our Dad and his service. His service was exactly what we wanted and although it was hard to see it on the day, but looking back on it we are happy to say it was perfect. We were more than blessed on that day and it could have not happened without the gentle kind hands of White Lady. Thank you”
