Nov 2025Our family chose Heartfelt Funerals to arrange the cremation of my dear sister. We were doing a memorial service separately at a small church that my sister sometimes attended. But even though we weren’t buying the full expensive package, Heartfelt were wonderful. Sidney (apology if spelling is wrong) was so caring, compassionate yet down to earth. No detail was too small. She helped us with a private family viewing of my sister before the cremation. It was tough, but beautiful and helped us in our grieving process. We are eternally grateful and absolutely recommend Heartfelt if you too have lost a loved one

Feb 2026The whole team at Heartfelt is incredibly kind and professional. My husband and I after a long battle with infertility suffered a miscarriage of our miracle daughter. Some people can be very insensitive about early loss but I am happy to say that this funeral home has a whole compassionate team that understand how painful early loss can be. They were incredibly kind and thoughtful and were a massive help in surviving the worst time of our lives. Everyone at Heartfelt is not only great at their job but clearly enjoys their job. They offer incredibly discounted rates for early loss and infants yet despite this will provide the most comprehensive care, they are not here for your money and will not pressure or try to upsize you like some homes do. I would recommend anyone to this incredibly thoughtful and caring team to help you and your family through the worst time. I hope to not be needing their incredible service for a long time but it is a small comfort to know they'll be here if I do.
