“Alex Gow are the most incompetent service providers I have ever dealt with. My father passed away suddenly from a rare form of blood cancer. Not only were we not provided with all the information regarding costs and discounts, or that they would send off for the "certified death certificate", the celebrant who they organised, lost my nieces handwritten letter to her grandfather to be read out during the service, they presented my fathers body how they sought fit and not by the instructions provided by the funeral. The flowers were not at the Chapel, there were no tissues available for family...”
