Oct 2025Our family did not know where to start when our mum passed away. Phoebe was amazing. She helped our family step by step through the process. Came to where our dad was at the nursing home and helped plan the day. She made sure everything was perfect from start to finish and her attention to detail is next level. She made sure the butterflies were kept well to be perfect on the day for the release. She was always there only a phone call away if we needed anything. Her team made mum amazing with the open coffin. The MC Peter was also amazing. Well done Phoebe and your team for taking care of our whole family that day your work is a true honour.

Nothing ever felt like I was a bother when I called back multiple times because my brain wasn't in gear remembering all of the details and questions at once. The care and updates given regarding our loved ones journey was exceptional. I cannot express my gratitude enough to Phoebe and her team. We managed to arrange a completely custom service, some requests way out of the ordinary and nothing was off the cards.
