From the first meeting Molly showed compassion and understanding while also giving us direction as we had not had to do this before. She kept us up to date with details and her communication was clear and helpful. Molly made everything so easy and made sure Mum's funeral was everything that we wanted. July 2025Two years ago when my mum went into care we were advised to plan her funeral which we did. The team were very helpful and helped us through the process. December last year mum passed away 92 years of age. Because of the plans we already had in place it was an easy process to finalize her funeral. I am very grateful to all the staff who were patient and kind throughout the whole process. We didn’t go with mum to the grave site and when the staff returned they told me that they’d said a prayer for mum at her grave. So comforting for me.
