She kept all the family assured and relaxed throughout the entire process and made sure that we understood everything that was involved and was more than willing to answer all of our questions in great detail. Never once did we feel pressured during the arrangement and nothing we asked for was ever too much trouble for her. Her attention to detail was quite extraordinary.
