On behalf of myself and my family, I would like thank Bowra & O’dea Funeral Directors for helping make my mother’s funeral a true celebration of her life. A special thanks to Urszula for arranging the funeral. Her kindness, sensitivity and professionalism was so very much appreciated. She kept all the family assured and relaxed throughout the entire process and made sure that we understood everything that was involved and was more than willing to answer all of our questions in great detail. Never once did we feel pressured during the arrangement and nothing we asked for was ever too much trouble for her. Her attention to detail was quite extraordinary. She also kept us constantly updated and informed in the days leading up to the funeral and made sure that we were all doing ok. Amazing service. Thanks again Urszula. A big thank you also to Stefanie for your kindness, support and comfort, shown to all of our family, at the viewing. It was very much appreciated. And a huge thank you to Martin for his incredible job, conducting the funeral on the day and to his wonderful assistants who looked after all of our very large family with wonderful care and professionalism the whole time. Thank you all again so much and for making a difficult time so much easier for all of our family. It is obvious, that this is not just a job for all of you and you should be very proud of the service you provide.
