They handled everything with grace and if anything went wrong, we certainly didn't hear about it. We had a couple of non-standard requests and they incorporated these and worked with us very smoothly. We were able to focus on the occasion and remain confident that they had everything in hand. The professionalism shown by the staff and not to mention the kindness and compassion made the process a lot less stressful. A special mention to Angela - she is truly an asset to the company and a wonderful human being. She is often recommended by our community and we now know why. She was on top of all the requirements needed and who to contact as part of our culture. She constantly communicated with us during the process and on the day of the funeral - allowed us to celebrate the life of our father rather than stress about all the traditions that needed to be done. Mar 2024What a beautiful funeral home. All the staff at Seasons funeral home are just so lovely and caring. Mum would have been so proud of her send off. Thank you to Lisa and all the wonderful people who helped in such a sad time. Definitely recommend to anyone who has to arrange a funeral for their loved one. It is not an easy thing to do but Seasons and their staff are there to help you along the way. Lisa even helped us to arrange two funerals for our beautiful mum. One for everyone to say their farewells at Balcatta and a private cremation just for her children at Pinnaroo to say our final farewell and grieve together as a family.

From the viewing and prayers the night before, the church service, the burial and the offerings after the burial, everything was very organised and timed perfectly.
