Oct 2025We called and made an enquiry, we were sent a form to complete. We submitted the form and then were left for 6 days through which we attempted to contact them 3 times and the only response we received was the form that we completed being sent back with no context. After losing someone close, the last thing that we needed was an unprofessional, unhelpful group who just left us in the dark to deal with our grief without even knowing where our loved one was. Definitely do not reach out to these guys if you are grieving, because they will do nothing but add stress to an already stressful situation.

Sept 2025We had our dad’s funeral through Prosser and everything was perfect. From the first meeting the organisation was smooth and stress free. Their experience and strong connections made the whole process seamless. They introduced us to Helen, the funeral celebrant, who was warm, kind and delivered a service our father would have loved. Prosser also arranged family transport to Brown Chapel which made the day much easier. The flowers were stunning, and every detail we asked for, like candle lighting for the grandchildren and roses during the service, was arranged without issue. The day itself ran beautifully and felt truly special. We are so grateful to Prosser for giving our dad such a fitting farewell.

Nov 2025Absolutely terrible. Do not use these people. - [ ] We used them for my father in laws funeral and absolutely everything went wrong. - [ ] The coffin was at the chapel 1 hour early as they were trying to do 2 funerals at once with only one hearse. - [ ] We were told to have everyone meet at the entrance and it started raining so my husband went down to see what was happening. Vanessa was in the chapel with me and asked me where everyone was and asked me to call my husband and tell everyone to come up as it was raining and she didn’t want to go down. - [ ] My husband told the driver of the mourning car to move as everyone was waiting in the rain. - [ ] The driver said he couldn’t move until Vanessa came down. There was no communication between them so we had to do all the communicating. - [ ] The wrong slideshow was played . - [ ] After the funeral we were ushered into the condolence lounge as Vanessa said there would be a 10 minute wait until the hearse came back to carry our father to the gravesite. - [ ] We had 70 people in the condolence lounge for 45 minutes with no food or drinks which was very embarrassing as it was only suppose to be 10 minutes. - [ ] When we got to the grave she asked me for the music for the lowering of the coffin. - [ ] I showed her my phone and she told me to hold it up to the microphone and walked of. So instead of grieving with my family I was stuck holding my phone watching them. - [ ] My husband took the phone so I could pay my respects quickly

Aug 2025I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by this funeral home. From the moment we met with the funeral director, there was a noticeable lack of compassion and empathy. We had six family members present to arrange our mum’s funeral, and it felt as though our presence was an inconvenience. Halfway through choosing a coffin, someone started vacuuming the office — and rather than pausing the meeting or asking them to stop, Ken simply spoke over the noise, remarking that they “probably could have waited.” We selected their most premium package, but were shocked at how much we had to do ourselves. We created the entire tribute video (including converting it to an MP4 file) and printed all the order of service booklets ourselves — tasks we reasonably expected would be handled as part of the premium service. When viewing Mum, her coffin was not on a respectful trolley as anticipated, but instead on a large coffee table. With bugs fluttering around the coffin. On the day of the funeral, the flowers were half dead, the audio system kept skipping, the live stream kept pausing and those that were watching could not even see her framed photo as it was off to the side. When we arrived home, we noticed around half of the attendance cards were missing. Perhaps most upsetting of all, there was no guidance from staff in seating attendees.
