Mar 2025Poor unprofessional, way staff conversed with grieving family members. A member of your staff spoke to my brother requesting a time of our brother's service sarcastically and rudly. We are a large family placed all over the world. And are disgusted with your unprofessionalism. Your where more than happy to take my brother's money for the cremation and use him for documentation, we understand the next of kin is behind this, but this should have been explained sensitivity and in a professional manner.!! Your company has a black mark now world wise and all over Australia. I am writing this from England gobsmacked at your vile unprofessionalism.!!! Ps. By the looks of your tin pot organisation, you saved the heart ache keeping family away,of experiencing, the disposal of our brother, instead of a dignified passing on.!!!

Mar 2025I give them 1 star merely because they are in the business. I tried to get a time for my brothers cremation only to be told I am not someone they give information out too. I have been speaking to others in this organisation all week no problems only this morning a day before my brothers cremation I am sideswiped. Not professional.Andrew Quinn

Dec 2018I have just read the review for Just Cremations and I am shocked, which has led me to write my own review. In 2016 my very long term friend and ex neighbour passed away. We had already arranged to pay for his cremation with Just Cremations which was simple and easy. After his passing I had nothing but help and support from all the lovely people at Just Cremations. The quiet time with him was done beautifully, with lovely flowers and soothing music. I was so impressed with the way everything was done that I have now arranged a pre payment for my own funeral. The appointment is for next week at my home and the lady I spoke to could not have been more helpful. Patricia Boyd

Aug 2022We have just organized my step dads cremation and i must say Lorraine form the Rockingham branch has made the process so much easier. We did the initial cremation through their online bookings and Lorraine followed up with us and help us with the final process. She also helped us with the insurance company. We highly recommend Just Cremations for your loved ones.
