Oct 20251. Disappointed that all coffin options for a cremation only were not provided, adding to extra costs. 2. Ask to pay on the day and screenshot the payment to staff. 3. Requested on another two occasions for payment. I don’t usually do reviews but very disappointed with this service at a time of grief and vulnerability.
