Oakwood Funerals Booragoon

We didn't have a very good experience with Oakwood, we meeting my Mother whos husband had passed away the lady directed all the questions to me and not to her. We were not thanked at all for the payment they recieved. My mother was not informed of the day my father would be cremated and finally we it was time to collect my father's remains my mother recieved an email addressed to her mother, who died 20 years ago. Very disappointing not very professional to make so many mistakes. I would never recommend Oakwood to anyone.
