Jan 2026We didn't have a very good experience with Oakwood, we meeting my Mother whos husband had passed away the lady directed all the questions to me and not to her. We were not thanked at all for the payment they recieved. My mother was not informed of the day my father would be cremated and finally we it was time to collect my father's remains my mother recieved an email addressed to her mother, who died 20 years ago. Very disappointing not very professional to make so many mistakes. I would never recommend Oakwood to anyone.

Aug 2025Well they got the link wrong to live streaming, then complained to me about the angry people the phoned Oakwood.. well what do you expect? Didn't inform the celebrant of changes to the order of the music for the funeral and reference was made during the service to specific song's. Now after paying extra fees I discovered that there's errors on the death certificate.. It should have said Fremantle crematorium like all my previous family members. Well done Keyora! Three mistakes in one funeral so far.
