Dec 2024My father recently passed away & we used Amity Rose Funerals for his service & burial. I cannot say enough good things about Chris & his family. They treated Dad and us with the utmost respect & with such dignity. They genuinely cared & ensured that the focus was about us and how we wanted Dad to be farewelled. Nothing was ever upsold or pushed on us, it was all about our needs & wants for Dad. As Dad was a truck driver it was only fitting to farewell him using their Kenworth hurst. It was him to a T! It is the only one in Australia! Thank you so much, Amity Rose! On a side note, unfortunately I have been to multiple funerals in the Albany area over the past few years, all with different funeral palours & I can honestly say Amity Rose truly listens and cares.

My uncle passed away in Australia ,all of his relatives live here in the UK so I thought it would be difficult to arrange everything from 9000 miles away.Not at all. Sandra and Chris were professional, caring and absolutely spot on with everything and made the whole process effortless. If you are in the unfortunate situation of needing their services do not hesitate to use them. Absolute stars

Aug 2023My experience of Chris and his family, running Amity Rose Funerals, was of a genuine caring family who work really well together. They came highly recommended by a trusted friend. They created a flawless service that involved a country church 50 kms from their premises. The burial was in heavy rain but they had it well organised with a marquee artificial lawn and umbrellas. To arrange and conduct the funeral service and burial their fee was $3520, which for all they did, was very reasonable. There are plenty of other expenses such as a lease of the grave site, digging the grave, the coffin, press notices, live streaming and video (optional) transport/travel, mortuary care and accommodation and gst so budget on about $12000 for all this.

Amity Rose organize everything that is required which was to much relief and they were respectful of family choices. Absolutely beautiful premises.
