The service was absolutely beautiful, the setting so warm and welcoming and from the very beginning of planning with us to the very end they were so very helpful, compassionate, thoughtful and could not do enough for us, we were made to feel so special at such a sad time. Oct 2025We recently used Simplicity in Midland to farewell my 99 year old Mother. The ceremony went off without a hitch and it was all due to the excellent work of Natalie. Nat set up everything including flowers, food, photos, music and the service itself. Nat was also very understanding and caring in the planning of the ceremony. I highly recommend using Nat from Simplicity to organise your farewell to a loved one.

The celebrant she recommended, Ashley, was also brilliant. Many asked if they were personal friends. Our dad's celebration of life could not have gone smoother.
