Oct 2022Glenn and the staff at Bowra and O'Dea Midland were excellent to deal with. We chose the Premium Single Funeral Service at Bowra and O'Dea's chapel for my mother's funeral. A lot of people told me that it was one of the nicest services they'd ever been to. We never felt rushed - we had time to set everything up beforehand, a service that went for a little over an hour, and then tea and coffee afterwards; live streaming was included; the tech all worked perfectly; and the chapel is a lovely space. They went over and above - my uncle had left at home the rose he meant to place on my mother's coffin, but as he went up to the coffin for the reflection, a staff member handed him a rose...they'd rushed out into the garden and picked the last rose to give him.

June 2024We had mums funeral with Bowra & Odea Midland. It was wonderful. The celebrant Harvey Deacon couldnt have been better. It sounded like he knew her. Mum would have loved it :)

Nov 2023We recently used the services of Bowra & O'Dea for the 2nd time in 6 months. I honestly wouldn't entrust anyone else. We were all supported and treated with respect and empathy throughout the wonderful services provided. The absolutely fantastic and professional staff made such a positive difference to tragic situations. Both funerals were so lovely, fitting and respectful of our family members in every way, they literally took most of the stress of the day away by handling all the logistics while we could just concentrate on grieving and saying our goodbyes. As hard as those times were we will always have lovely memories from the extra care and compassion shown by these amazing people. Such a difficult job I'm sure but done with such grace and love. Thank you so sincerely from the whole family xxxx

Thank you to all the very dedicated team. Everything was very professional and most importantly, very caring, helpful and friendly. The whole experience has been a very pleasant one. The location is excellent and so are the facilities.

Everything went smoothly on the day and we felt like we had all the assistance we required to make the day perfect for Dad. He would have been so proud of the service.
