Losing a loved one is not an easy thing to deal with and the process of planning their funeral can feel like an overwhelming task but it was a lot easier for us to handle with Jason and Tanya guiding us every step of the way. Dec 2023We can't recommend and praise Kim and the team highly enough for their professionalism, efficiency, kindness and caring throughout the process of helping us putting together Mums funeral. On the day everything went like clockwork with absolutely no hiccups or glitches. The facilities in Mandurah were excellent, the chapel was light and bright and well equipped with all the tech required including being able to live stream the service for people unable to attend the service in person, this is included in the package and is not charged as an extra. At no stage did we feel pressured into doing or adding anything. Kim's guidance through all of the legal processes required at this time was also very much appreciated. In summing up Kim and his team made this process and celebration of Mum's life very easy in what was a difficult time.
