They were professional and kind, and treated my family with the utmost respect and compassion. Everything from beginning to end was seamless, and exactly as we had chosen. We genuinely appreciated that at such a hard time, the staff made it as comfortable and easy as possible for us, and we felt supported every step of the way. The facilities are absolutely beautiful and having access to the function room was wonderful. We are so very thankful to Hariata and the rest of the team.

Nov 2025I recently engaged the services of Bowra O'Dea for my mum's funeral. I cannot fault them in any way. Thank you to Hatiata for your assistance in planning the service, and also to the support team on the day. They provided a professional and seamless service, conducted with respect for me and my family. I'm very happy to recommend Bowra & O'Dea Greenfields. Unfortunately the catering company really let them down, however I understand that this was out of Bowra O'dea's control, hence my 5 star review.
